We will send you a digital mock-up via email prior to making your name plate. You’ll have the opportunity to make any adjustments to ensure the item is exactly how you want it. If we do not hear back from you within xx hours of sending the mock-up, we will process the order as shown in the mock-up.
BULK ORDERS:
If you are looking to order 3 or more, be sure to message us about bulk order pricing.
SHIPPING:
By default, orders are shipped via Canada Post, either by Letter Mail or as an Expedited Parcel, depending on the size. For orders shipped by Letter Mail, there is no tracking available, however, it does keep the cost of shipping down. An upgraded shipping option is available.
